Product · Workforce intelligence

See how the work is actually distributed.

WorkSyncOS is a workforce operating-intelligence platform — scheduling and attendance, workload balance, productivity goals, utilisation and alerting, with an AI layer that assesses operating patterns and benchmarks them against sector norms. Built to be proportionate, because measuring people is processing their personal data.

The problem

Every manager has a plan. Almost none has the picture.

The roster says one thing, the timesheet says another, and the person actually carrying the team is visible only to the people sitting next to them.

01Rosters planned in one system, hours paid from another
02Workload that looks even on paper and is not
03Software licences paid for and quietly unused
04Reports assembled by hand, out of date by Monday
05Attrition that was visible in the pattern months earlier
06Monitoring deployed with no notice, no retention limit and no scope
What it does

The operating picture, assembled automatically.

Six things the platform does every day without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet to make them happen.

Scheduling and attendance

Shifts, rosters and attendance in one place, so the roster a manager plans and the hours a payroll run uses are the same record rather than two spreadsheets reconciled at month-end.

Workload balance and analysis

Where the work actually sits across a team. The person carrying three people’s load and the one who has been idle for a fortnight are both visible before either becomes a resignation.

Productivity goals and tracking

Goals set per role and tracked against them, so a conversation about performance starts from what was agreed rather than from an impression formed in a corridor.

Automatic reports

The weekly and monthly reports build themselves. Nobody spends Friday afternoon assembling a deck that is out of date by Monday.

Website and application utilisation

Which tools a team actually uses, and which licences are being paid for and ignored. Usually the first thing that pays for the deployment.

Alerts

Thresholds that raise a flag when something moves — a shift uncovered, a workload spike, a utilisation pattern that has changed — rather than a dashboard somebody has to remember to open.

The AI layer

Patterns a weekly report will never show you.

Available on Pro + AI and Enterprise. Each output shows the signals behind it, and each one is something to look into rather than a conclusion about a person.

01

AI workplace assessment

Reads the operating pattern of a team — hours, workload distribution, tool usage, goal attainment — and describes what it finds in language a manager can act on, rather than leaving the interpretation to whoever opens the report.

02

AI industry benchmarking

Puts those patterns against sector norms, so “our support team works late” becomes a comparison instead of a feeling.

03

AI risk scoring

Surfaces the patterns that tend to precede attrition, burnout or coverage failure — and surfaces them as something to look into, never as a verdict about a person.

Proportionate by design

Measuring people is processing their personal data.

Under the DPDP Act that is true whether the person is a customer or an employee. It means a stated purpose, a notice, a retention limit and a way to handle a rights request — none of which a piece of software can supply on your behalf.

So a WorkSyncOS deployment is scoped by the same team that runs DPDP programmes for our enterprise clients. What gets collected is decided before anything is installed, written down, and narrowed at review as often as it is widened. We will not tell you the product makes you compliant. We will tell you which obligations the deployment touches.

What that looks like in the product

  • A stated purpose for every data category collected, written down before collection starts, not reverse-engineered for an audit
  • Notice to the people being measured — what is collected, how often, who can see it, and for how long it is kept
  • Retention limits with a ceiling, and deletion that actually happens on schedule
  • Role-based access, so a manager sees their team and nobody browses the organisation
  • Configurable exclusions — screenshot capture and utilisation tracking can be scoped out by application, by time window or by role
  • An audit trail of who looked at whose data, because an access log is what makes a policy more than a paragraph
Enterprise controls

What changes when the organisation gets large or regulated.

Available on the Enterprise plan, where identity, retention and hosting stop being settings and start being policy.

Up to 2-year data retentionRetention set to what the organisation needs and can justify, with a stated ceiling rather than an open-ended archive.
Active Directory integrationJoiners, movers and leavers flow from the directory you already run, so access reflects the org chart on the day it changes.
Single sign-onOne identity, one set of controls, and no shared credentials on a shop-floor terminal.
Team-based timezonesA distributed team is measured against its own working day, not against the head office clock.
25+ alert typesA wider alert library for operations that need to catch more than the standard set.
Screenshot captureConfigurable up to 60 an hour. Rate, scope and exclusions are set by the organisation, and the setting is visible to the people it applies to.
On-premise deploymentThe whole platform inside your own infrastructure, where the data never leaves the building.
Pricing

Per user, per month. No licence bands to grow into.

Annual billing saves 33% on Pro and 25% on Pro + AI. Enterprise is quoted per deployment, because retention, directory integration and on-premise hosting all change the work.

Optional add-ons

Available on Pro, Pro + AI and Enterprise. Priced per user per month, the same way the plans are, so an add-on never turns into a licence band you have to grow into.

API

₹50/ user / month

Programmatic data export for BI tools and custom warehouses.

Data retention

₹50/ user / month

One additional year of retention beyond your plan default.

Alerts (+5)

₹20/ user / month

Five further custom alert types, on org, team or individual thresholds.

Prices are per user per month, exclusive of taxes. Enterprise scope — retention period, directory integration, timezone configuration and on-premise hosting — is agreed before a quote, not after.

Rollout

Scope first. Install second.

The order matters more here than in most deployments, because what you collect on day one is very hard to un-collect later.

1

Weeks 1–2 · Scope and notice

Decide what is measured and why, write the employee notice, and agree retention and access before a single agent is installed. This is the step most deployments skip and most regret.

2

Weeks 2–4 · One team

A single team or shift goes live. Managers learn the workload and utilisation views, and the alert thresholds are tuned against real traffic rather than defaults.

3

Month 2 · Wider rollout

Remaining teams in waves, with directory integration, single sign-on and timezone configuration as scope requires.

4

Quarterly · Review

What the data has actually changed, which alerts were noise, and whether anything collected is no longer earning its place. Collection narrows as often as it widens.

The awkward questions asked first

Purpose, notice, retention and access are settled in week one by the team that does this for regulated enterprises — not raised by your works council in month six.

AI that shows its signals

An assessment or a risk score arrives with the evidence behind it. We test AI systems for a living and hold our own to the standard we apply to clients’.

Built for Indian employers

FAQ

Questions before the demo

A workforce operating-intelligence platform: scheduling and attendance, workload balance, productivity goals, automatic reporting, application and website utilisation, and alerting — with an AI layer on top that assesses operating patterns, benchmarks them against sector norms and scores risk. It is used by operations and people teams who need to see how work is actually distributed, rather than how it was planned.
It is employee monitoring, and we would rather use the accurate word than a softer one. The distinction that matters is not what the software can capture but what an organisation chooses to collect, tells its people it is collecting, and can justify. WorkSyncOS is built so that choice is explicit: screenshot capture and utilisation tracking are configurable and can be scoped out by application, time window or role; access is role-based; retention has a ceiling; and every look at someone’s data is logged. A deployment that measures everything because it can is one we would argue you out of, and the scoping step exists for that conversation.
Monitoring employees is processing personal data, so it needs a stated purpose, a notice to the people concerned, a retention limit and a way to handle rights requests. None of that is optional because the subject is an employee rather than a customer. The same team that runs DPDP programmes for our enterprise clients scopes a WorkSyncOS deployment, so purpose, notice, retention and access are decided in week one and recorded in an AI and data system register. We will not tell you the product makes you compliant — a product cannot — but we will tell you exactly which obligations the deployment touches and what you need to have in place.
Three things. The workplace assessment reads a team’s operating pattern — hours, workload distribution, tool usage, goal attainment — and describes it in language a manager can act on. Benchmarking compares those patterns against sector norms. Risk scoring surfaces the patterns that tend to precede attrition, burnout or coverage failure. All three produce something to look into, with the signals behind it shown. None of them produces a verdict about a person, and none should be used as one: a score is the start of a conversation with a human being, not a substitute for it.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. On-premise deployment puts the whole platform inside your infrastructure so the data never leaves the building — which for some regulated employers is the only arrangement their own policy permits. Active Directory integration and single sign-on are part of the same tier, so access follows the directory you already run.
Pro is ₹399 per user per month billed annually, or ₹599 billed monthly. Pro + AI is ₹599 per user per month billed annually, or ₹799 billed monthly. Annual billing saves 33% on Pro and 25% on Pro + AI. Enterprise is quoted per deployment, because data retention, directory integration, timezone configuration and on-premise hosting all change the work. Three add-ons are available on any plan, also per user per month: API access for programmatic export at ₹50, an extra year of data retention at ₹50, and five further alert types at ₹20. Pricing is per user, so it moves with headcount rather than with a licence band you have to grow into.
The first team is usually live inside a month, and that month starts with scoping and the employee notice rather than with installation. Wider rollout runs in waves through the second month, with directory integration, single sign-on and timezone configuration as scope requires. We will not quote a go-live date before seeing your estate: directory structure and endpoint management decide the timeline far more than the software does.
