An AI-native enterprise technology company.
Avisha Global Technologies Pvt Ltd helps banks, hospitals, government departments, educational institutions and large enterprises in India put AI into production — with security and digital trust treated as prerequisites, not add-ons.
Close the gap between AI experiments and systems an enterprise can actually run.
Most organizations we meet have already tried AI. A copilot pilot, a chatbot, a document-extraction proof of concept. Few have anything in production that a regulator, an auditor or a CISO would sign off on. That gap — between a demo and a governed, secured, monitored system — is the problem Avisha Global exists to solve.
We work with organizations that cannot treat AI, security or privacy as separate conversations: banks and NBFCs, fintechs, hospitals, government departments, universities and schools, logistics operators and large enterprises.
Tagline: AI. Security. Digital Trust. It is a description of the team, not a slogan.
Not a services firm that added an AI practice. A company built with AI in every discipline.
The phrase is used loosely. Here is what it means for us, concretely.
AI is the delivery model, not a line item
Our security assessments use AI-assisted analysis. Our DPDP data mapping uses models to classify data at scale. Our products are built around models, not wrapped around them.
We build and run products
Avisha Trust, the Trust Seal programme and Study24by7 are ours. Advice from people who operate production AI is different from advice from people who only write about it.
Security and privacy are in the same room
The people who red-team LLMs and the people who run DPDP programmes review the AI systems we build. Threat models and consent flows are designed together, not reconciled afterwards.
Three disciplines. One team. One accountable partner.
Enterprises usually buy these from three vendors and then spend a year making them agree. We built the company so that they never disagree.
01 · AI Transformation
AI consulting, enterprise AI agents, document and process automation, private and generative AI, and managed AI operations after go-live.
Explore AI02 · Security
AI security — LLM security, red teaming, prompt-injection testing — alongside cybersecurity: VAPT, cloud, application and API security, and managed security.
Explore Security03 · Digital Trust
DPDP compliance, privacy and consent management, data governance, AI governance, vendor risk, the Avisha Trust platform and the Avisha Trust Seal.
Explore Digital TrustFour principles we will not trade away.
These are the commitments a client can hold us to. They shape how we scope, what we refuse to do, and how we report.
Production over pilots
Every engagement is scoped to something that runs, with an owner, monitoring and a support model. A demo that never ships is a cost, not a result.
Security and privacy as prerequisites
Threat modelling, data mapping and consent design happen before the first model call — not in a hardening sprint after the pilot has already handled real data.
Human-in-the-loop by default
Agents recommend; accountable people approve. Overrides, escalation paths and audit trails are designed in, and we say so in every architecture document.
Evidence over claims
We do not publish invented case studies or success percentages. Results are measured against a baseline agreed with you, and reported to you.
We are a good fit if…
- You operate under a regulator, an auditor or a board that will ask how the AI was secured and what data it touched.
- You have a pilot that works in a demo and needs to become a system people rely on.
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to you and you need a programme, not a policy PDF.
- You want one accountable partner across AI, security and compliance instead of three vendors and a coordination problem.
- You would rather hear "this should not be automated" than be sold something that fails in production.
Regulated, data-heavy, accountable.
Our clients are CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, DPOs, compliance heads and government technology leaders. What they have in common is that the cost of getting AI wrong — a data breach, a regulatory finding, a decision nobody can explain — is higher than the cost of doing it properly.
We are not a website or app development shop, an offshore development centre or a staffing company. If that is what you need, we will say so on the first call.
See solutions by industryFrom a scoping call to a system you operate.
Week 1 · Scope
A 30-minute call with a specialist, then a written scope with options. No proposal theatre.
Weeks 2–6 · Assess
Discovery, data and threat mapping, a readiness or security assessment with prioritised findings.
Weeks 6–16 · Build and prove
Deliver the agreed system or programme, with controls, evidence and human oversight designed in.
Ongoing · Operate
Managed AI operations, managed security or continuous compliance — or a clean handover to your team.
AI, security and compliance under one team
One threat model, one data map, one set of controls. No integration meetings between your vendors.
Built for the Indian regulatory context
DPDP obligations, sector regulators and government procurement realities are the starting assumptions, not a localisation step.
Product-backed, not slide-backed
Avisha Trust and Study24by7 are our own products. Our consulting is informed by building and operating them.
Leadership profiles
Named leadership profiles, photographs and backgrounds are being finalised for publication. The cards below are clearly marked placeholders and will be replaced — we do not publish invented names or credentials.

Profiles are still being finalised, but the people are not hypothetical. Ask for an introduction to whoever would actually run your engagement — the red teamer, the DPDP lead or the agent architect — and you will speak to them, not to a salesperson.
Request an Introduction
Build enterprise AI where the stakes are real.
We hire people who can hold two things at once: genuine AI capability and enterprise discipline around security, privacy and governance. The work is production systems for banks, hospitals, government and schools — not demos.
- AI engineers who have shipped models, agents or RAG systems and know why most pilots fail
- Security specialists — offensive testers curious about LLM attack surfaces, and defenders who can run managed operations
- Privacy and governance practitioners who can turn the DPDP Act into data maps, consent flows and evidence
- Consultants who write a scope a CISO will sign and a CFO will understand
How we work: small teams, written thinking, direct client contact from the first week, and a standing rule that every claim in a deliverable must be defensible.
There is no careers portal
We do not run an applicant tracking system and we do not post to job boards. Named openings will be listed here when they exist; until then, hiring happens through the contact form and a conversation.
How to apply today
Use the contact form, select "Other", and write three things: which of the four profiles above you fit, one system you built or broke and what you learned from it, and a link if there is one. No cover letter. A specialist from that discipline reads it, not a recruiter, and you get a reply either way.
Apply through the contact formTechnology and ecosystem partners
We display partner logos only once a formal partnership is confirmed in writing. The row below is a clearly marked placeholder, not a list of current partners.

We are open to cloud, model, security tooling and academic partnerships, and we sign before we publish a logo.
Proposing a partnership? Skip the deck. Tell us the joint customer you have in mind, which of our three pillars your product sits next to, and who owns it on your side. That is enough for a first call.
